IMPROVING YOUR SEX LIFE {II}

Motions of Sexual Matrimony Arousal is a visceral experience and our bodies are built for motion.Nowhere is this more useful than in sexual exploration. Although this may seem like stating the obvious, it’s only a small percentage of people who tense up and stop moving around in their sexual activity - there is more than hip thrusting to experiment with. Experimenting with moving all of your limbs, rolling your neck and stretching into new positions can trigger arousal points that you didn’t know you had. If you can think of no other reason than wanting to understand more about your orgasmic potential, try and fit in a little bit of core strengthening exercises into your life. Being able to hold onto someone you love from the inside will make you feel both strong and sexy. Breathing Life Into the Bedroom:Arousal is expressed through our breathing. Becoming aware of breath in sexuality will bring life and orgasm into focus like nothing else. Whether you lean towards long and slow breaths or short, fast inhalations, stop and notice how your breathing affects your connection to your body, your husband, lover and your orgasmic possibilities. Try changing your breathing pattern and see how it transforms the experience. Making an agreement with your partner to synchronize your breathing and movement is a remarkably simple step, which will have a profound impact on lovemaking. Refocusing your breathing will not only deepen your connection, but may also expand your idea of orgasm itself.

IMPROVING YOUR SEX LIFE {I}

It seems the issue of orgasm in a marriage is generating a lot of talking point as many women who have written in to SexVille Tuesdayappear to want us to keep talking about that subject. Like one lady wrote the other day, “you guys are on point on the orgasm thing but it is still a pity that our men in these parts of the world do not want to learn. Please keep educating them; don’t stop till our husbands know that sex is not just climbing, thrusting and grunting while we lay there not knowing what is happening and just when you are set to start, they are done and turn their backs on you.” It is on the back of this that we have decided to continue with our ‘Big O’ discussion. On SexVilletoday, we bring in another sex expert, Dr. (Mrs.) Stacy Lugard to show us some steps that we all can employ towards our quest for that big ‘O’. I am sure you are going to enjoy her lecture. "Sex pleasure in woman is a kind of magic spell; it demands complete abandon; if words or movements oppose the magic of caresses, the spell is broken." Scents of Seduction Having an orgasm starts with feeling aroused. And like I would put it, no arousal, no orgasm. Arousal begins in the brain, specifically the limbic area where the sense of smell intersects with emotional process, our memory store and our sexuality. Vibrations of arousal and eventually orgasm, lives in the body and are triggered in the brain.Trust your sense of smell and indulge your olfactory in whatever scents turn you on. When trying to achieve an orgasm, there are many different things you can do to get there. You can by giving yourself seductive baths in preparation for his coming home. Make sure you ensconce yourself in some sexually arousing scents that will arouse his olfactory system which is foundational to the art of love making and I dare say, this will be to your great advantage.

OLYMPIAKOS UP AGAINST MAN. UNITED; TEAM NEWS

OLYMPIAKOS ; The big news in the Greek camp surrounds boss Michel Gonzalez’s available options, after Javier Saviola joined an increasing injury list which currently includes Jose Holebas and Nelson Valdez. Olympiakos sold star striker Kosta Mitroglu to Fulhamin the January transfer window, while Vladimir Weiss also departed the club this winter to join Qatari outfit Lekhwiya SC. It is therefore expected that weekend goal-hero Scepovic will start against United, while there could also be a start for Arsenal’s on-loan wideman Joel Campbell, who has been suitably impressive in Greece this season. In goal will be a familiar face to the United faithful, with ex-Red Devil Roy Carroll marshalling the Olympiakos goal, almost nine years since he left Old Trafford. MANCHESTER UNITED ; It is thought that David Moyes will field a largely similar side to that which beat Crystal Palace on Saturday, with the only real change coming in attack at the expense of Juan Mata who is cup-tied. Adnan Januzaj was impressive in the league victory, but Moyes has shown an air of caution in Europe this season, so is expected to play the slightly more-defensive Antonio Valencia on one flank, with Ashley Youngoccupying the other. Defenders Jonny Evans and Phil Jones remain injury doubts with respective calf and shin complaints, while Marouane Fellaini is also likely to miss out, having only just returned from nearly three months injured at the weekend.

OLYMPIAKOS-MANCHESTER UNITED BATTLE

Manchester United resume their European journey on Tuesday evening away to Greek giants Olympiakos, with boss David Moyesinsisting that his side can ‘do a Liverpool’ and win the Champions League. After a welcome away league victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday evening, the Red Devils travel to Karaiskakis to face a side who are dominating domestically, and while he concedes that the likes of Bayern Munichand Barcelona will naturally be favourites for the European crown, Moyes has faith in his misfiring side. “It isn't always the best teams that get to the final in Europe. Liverpoolin 2005 gives us hope, but in any cup competition you always have a chance,” he said. While Moyes heads into Tuesday's clash – full of optimism, he will have to alter his side slightly with Juan Matacup-tied. The Spaniard aside, it is expected that he will field a largely similar side to that which won 2-0 at Selhurst Park. Olympiakos will not simply roll-over though, as they look to convert their domestic form into European progression. The Super League leaders hold a 20-point gap over second-placed PAOK and warmed-up this weekend with a comprehensive 4-0 victory away to OFI Crete, with young Serbian striker Marko Scepovic helping himself to a hat-trick, after coming off the bench to replace Javier Saviola who was injured.

JOSE ON FALCAO TRANSFER

Jose Mourinho has dropped the hint on Canal Football Club that Chelsea will make a summer move to sign Monaco striker Radamel Falcao. Jose Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to bring in a striker at the end of the season and Colombia star Falcao, currently on the sidelines due to a knee ligament injury is reportedly considering quitting France after just one year due to the lack of competition in Ligue 1. In the same interview which was given in French on Canal Football Club, Mourinho ruled out a move for Paris Saint-Germain’s strike duo Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani. “I have a team, but no striker. Falcao does not have a team. A player like him can’t play in front of 3,000 people. Monaco is a club to end [your career with], Jose Mourinho said.’ Falcao, 28, joined Monaco for £50million from Atletico Madrid last summer. Cavani also joined PSG around the same time for £54m and it has been said that he too is unhappy to play second fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and it was believed that Chelsea will be going for him. But Jose Mourinho has moved to quash rumours that Chelsea star Eden Hazard could be used as bait to lure Cavani in a swap deal. “Eden is our boy; we want him to stay for 10 years. We want to build the team around him. He’s a player with the style of football that we want to have in our team,” he added. Falcao is battling back from injury in hope of making Brazil 2014. The Colombian posed on Instagram showing himself without his crutches and his coach at Monaco, Claudio Raneiri is hopeful the striker will heal in time for the World Cup.
